“The musical performance by the Trio was not just enjoyable but passionate and electrifying. We are indeed fortunate to have such talent come to Mahone Bay and to be enjoyed in the Retreats setting. The weather may have been grey but the music was light, bright, whimsical, animated and definitely a treat for ones soul. We can hardly wait for a recording from this Trio of extremely talented musicians.”
-Marlene & Rocky

The Toronto based Togni Trio first formed in early 1990’s as a collaboration between Peter-Anthony, George Koller on bass and Malcolm Gould on drums.

The Togni Trio based in Halifax formed in the fall of 2009 and Peter is joined by Jamie Gatti on bass and Tom Roach on drums.

No matter where you are able to catch the Trio playing,  you are sure to be treated to both beloved classics and contemporary tunes with a jazz twist!

The work is a new and exciting setting of the mass based in the jazz tradition and scored for soloists, the Sacred Heart University Choir, piano, bass, percussion, soprano saxophone, handbells and organ.
